Emily from Nursery 1 decided to make a sun catcher with the children, linking it to the room’s  Intentional Teaching based on ‘circles’. She used contact paper and cut out various circle shapes from tissue paper and cellophane.

The children contributed by choosing different circles and sticking them onto themselves.  This helped them develop their creative skills. The educators displayed the sun catcher on one of our windows.

Now all we need is for the sun to come back and shine through our circles and create some beautiful colours!
